We create beautiful and delicious five-course gourmet dinners comparable to those served in the country's finest restaurants. The difference is we prepare and serve them to you and your guests in the comfort, elegance, and privacy of your own home. You're free to enjoy the food and join in the fun--leave the rest to us.
We specialize in dinner parties of 8-12 diners. The price per person is $125 inclusive of tip and tax.
We engage in a four-step process with every client.
- Planning—We meet with you for an initial assessment. Together we plan the menu, the service, and the style of your event. Wine pairings are recommended, if you wish.
- Procurement—We procure the ingredients with a focus on the finest and freshest from purveyors such as Niman Ranch, Ashley Farms, and Dean and Deluca. Where available we choose organic, free ranged, locally grown ingredients.
- Preparation—We prepare the selected menu in your home on the day of and during the course of your event to assure a dining experience that compares in quality to that offered in the finest restaurants in America.
- Presentation—We serve our dishes to you and your guests and are available to answer questions and respond to any comments.
We use our own knives and equipment and leave your kitchen and dining area as clean when we leave s when we arrived.
